SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Please also allow 1-2 days for SeaMakers & Co. to process your order. We do our best to ship out orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
- We currently do not ship outside the USA.
- When your order has shipped you will receive an email from us giving you the shipping details and tracking information.
- We will send your order via USPS and costs for shipments are based on your total order amount or any special discounts are applied.
- Shipping usually takes 2-3 days depending on your location.
- You will find your shipping rate and estimated ship times in your cart at the time you place your order.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00.
- If for some reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding the initial shipping cost.
- Item(s) must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Special orders, sale items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
- Before shipping back your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA# and further instructions. Returns without an RA# will not be processed.
- Please include in the email a description of the item(s) you are returning and if you’d like a return or exchange. We will issue a return authorization # which you should include on or in your return package. Sale items and special orders are non-refundable. We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, or via insured USPS Priority Mail.
- Once we receive your items, we will send you an email notification. If everything is in its original condition, we will then process your exchange or refund. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. We retain the right to deny any return or exchange if it does not meet our return policy requirements.
